ISHTA & FUSION
The beauty of yoga is how personal the journey becomes, regardless of the initial intent. It’s about you, your interpretation of your world and how you strive to reach your highest potential.
It has become a sacred part of my every day, a time to reveal who I have been in the last 24 hours, a guide to who I can be in the next and a strong voice to keep my grounded in the present.
I tend to be very adventurous and this comes through a lot in my teaching style and dedication to my students. I will always encourage one to go further and take their personal challenge to a fresh and new level of self acceptance and love. When I see others as excited about their bodies and their lessons and contracts in life as I am, I get just as excited and inspired!

SOFT & INTERGRATED
I am an enthusiastic, intuitive and well open minded individual who is in love with nature, sunshine, lots and lots of smiles and humor. I am known for my wit, free
spirited and strong hearted personality and spontaneity by my friends and family.
My son, Husband, and family are my pillars of strength! Bhakti Yoga is my everyday practice and therefore falls into my gentle yet peaceful and profound classes.
My aim is to invoke the supreme bliss to my everyday life and in my classes, therefore letting students feel the deeper connection within themselves while in an asana.
Every path we take is an experience and every individual we meet along the way is our teacher.
Tammi Mitchell is a 500 hour certified traditional Hatha teacher and also an intuitive energy healer. I believe I bring a sense of stillness to everything I do. My teaching style has morphed over time and become a flow that has incorporated all I’ve learnt and experienced.
I value the state of well-being. The practice of yoga provides a beautiful space within, which allows for a more healthy state of mind, body and spirit. I am a qualified Hatha instructor – my style of yoga encourages flow and the connection to breath and movement. Growth is sequential and yoga, if you will allow it, gives you the space and time to grow and flourish! Besides my mat and being in nature been my happy place, I love the kitchen! Inspired by nature and its healing properties, I am always trying out some new creative healthy dish. My motto: life is too short, we need to spice it up with the things that make us feel alive!!
A little bit about me. I am a calm, welcoming and caring person in my classes. I'm passionate in teaching yoga to children and adults, to help to move into a calming state of being. I really enjoy sharing my time to connect with people and to be around nature and animals. I really love and appreciate the outdoors to bring more of the quiet and peaceful times. I enjoy being active like hiking going for walks in the nature and chocolate, I really love chocolate.
My teaching style I would say is a hatha flow style. There is a flow between poses but also having to hold poses to create strength, and to go slowly to bring mindfulness into the body and mind. Also to be focusing a lot on the breath. Always focusing on the breath during the practice.
I like to think yoga found me and not the other way around. This is how most magical adventures happen in my life. My passion for travel stems from my interest in how this life is experienced by others and the awe inspiring beauty of Mother Nature. I enjoy doodling while binging Netflix series or wisdom filled information. I usually have multiple books being read at a time. I am qualified in Hatha Yoga. I hold a deep respect for Ashtanga Yoga, a love for Kundalini Yoga and gratitude for Yin Yoga. I enjoy incorporating all of these practices and the individual values to provide a variety filled time together.
